We are looking for a: Project Manager **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, execute, and control construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality, aligned with client and company objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead comprehensive project planning (scope, budget, schedule, and risks). * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers). * Supervise construction execution to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulations. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Manage contracts, tenders, and supplier negotiations. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders. * Prepare project progress and status reports. * Address deviations and make strategic decisions to ensure project success. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Preferred: Master’s degree in Project Management or related field. * Desired certifications: * PMP (Project Management Professional) – Project Management Institute * Lean Construction / Scrum (optional) Proven experience required. Gross salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per month. Fixed-term project lasting 10 months. Location: El Jaral, NL or Apodaca, NL. Position type: Project-based or fixed-term employment. Contract duration: 10 months. Salary: $49,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment
