We seek a person with the **necessary knowledge to prepare meals for our children**. The position is located at our Group Home in the city center, Calle Zimapan #40, Col. Villas del Sol, behind Puerta La Victoria Shopping Center. Applicants must be over 25 years old. Technical degree in food preparation, gastronomy, or related field — RECENT GRADUATES welcome. DESIRED EXPERIENCE in industrial cafeterias, restaurants, or budget kitchens (SOCIAL SERVICE). Knowledge of inventory control for food supplies. First-in, first-out (FIFO) system. Weekly menu planning.
