**Recruiter for Foreign Branches** ------------------------------------------ **CONALUM** is seeking talent to join our Human Resources team as a **Recruiter for foreign branches**, focused on attracting operational and administrative talent. ### **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical degree or bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields**. * **Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection** of operational and administrative personnel. * Availability to manage job openings at foreign branches. * Preferably residing in the southern part of the city. ### **Knowledge and Experience:** * Proficiency in conducting **competency-based interviews**. * Basic application and interpretation of **psychometric tests**. * Preparation of **socioeconomic studies**. * Validation and follow-up of **employment references**. * Management of personnel files and tracking of hiring processes. * Posting and monitoring of job openings on job boards and recruitment networks. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel for foreign branches. * Posting of job openings on various employment platforms. * Resume screening and initial interviews. * Candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. * File compilation and documentary validation. * Administration of assessments and employment references. ### **We Offer:** * **Nominal monthly salary of $15,000** * **Weekly payment** * Statutory benefits * Direct employment by the company * Opportunities for growth and development * Job stability
