**Job Objective** Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling credit products and services to build long-term relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Or advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a credit, identifying needs to facilitate new credit placements. * Update all customer data in the system during each visit or contact, at least once per year. * Process credit applications accurately to avoid payment delays and prevent fraud. * Stay up-to-date and trained on the products and services we offer. * Promote products outside the point of sale. * Monitor productivity indicators. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Experience managing personnel. * Experience interpreting financial indicators. * Enjoys interacting with customers. * One year of experience placing financial products. * Numerical aptitude. * Knowledge of credit sales and telephone collections. * Experience in field prospecting/customer outreach (cambaceo). * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends. * Integrity in performing job duties. **Location** * Capilla de Guadalupe, Jalisco **Value Proposition** * Weekly commissions. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Saturday. * Life insurance, increasing in line with earnings and seniority. * **Job Benefits:** Training plan tailored to the position and personal skill development.
