You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all mechanical installation activities for the project: from equipment and structural assembly to ensuring every deliverable meets quality, schedule, and safety standards. You will work closely with electrical and instrumentation disciplines, coordinate contractors, and report progress to project management. **Responsibilities**
* Supervise field assembly and installation of mechanical equipment, piping, and steel structures
* Coordinate and control mechanical contractors’ work to ensure quality and schedule compliance
* Interpret and validate construction drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes, and safety procedures
* Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
* Coordinate with electrical, civil, and instrumentation disciplines to avoid critical path interferences
* Manage and close punch lists and non-conformities on time
### **Requirements**
**Experience**
* Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related degree (graduated)
* Minimum 5 years in industrial construction projects
* At least 3 years as Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Site Resident, or Field Engineer
* Proven experience in process equipment, piping, and steel structure assembly
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar for drawing review
* Proficiency in MS Project or similar construction management tools
* Technical English level B1–B2
* Knowledge of applicable standards (ASME, AWS, NOM)
* Preferred: experience in commissioning and startup
