Job Summary: Plans, directs, and controls personnel activities, coordinating and supervising functions to safeguard the physical integrity, assets, and property of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise security teams for the protection of people and assets. 2. Implement access controls and monitoring of personnel and vehicles. 3. Manage security records, reports, and patrols at facilities. **PROFILE:** Plans, directs, and controls the activities of subordinate personnel, establishing appropriate communication and coordination mechanisms with various departments. **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate and supervise the established duties of security guards to safeguard the physical integrity of personnel, as well as the company's assets and property. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure compliance with registration, notification, and monitoring of all personnel entering the plant, verifying their authorization. * Establish registration of vehicle entries and exits from the plant with prior authorization. * Establish a program of constant perimeter patrols at facilities and report generation. * Ensure control over trucks transporting products outside the plant. Ensure completion of trip logs for raw materials and/or finished goods. * Coordinate inspection of personnel bags upon entry and exit. * Coordinate guards to inspect vehicles. * Control registration of raw material entries into the plant. * Ensure registration of materials leaving the factory. Control supply of gas and diesel. * Register personnel departures and verify multi-use authorization forms signed by all responsible parties. * Register and verify with authorization personnel entries outside regular hours. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturday shifts. **EDUCATION:** * Industrial Safety Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum: Completed high school education.
