Description

Job Summary: Supervise product display quality, ensure window display and planogram implementation, and manage and train the team to optimize visual presentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise product display quality and window display setup. 2. Ensure execution of ADTs and visual presentation checklists. 3. Manage and train the team of collaborators. 1\. Supervise product display quality according to marketing manuals to facilitate purchasing decisions. 2\. Ensure window displays, signage, tips, and planograms are implemented per Corporate Marketing guidelines to boost sales. 3\. Ensure execution of ADTs related to the Corporate Marketing department. 4\. Conduct visual presentation and in-store display checklists and walkthroughs. 5\. Manage and train your team of collaborators as well as store staff to meet operational requirements. 6\. Ensure institutional, promotional, and POP signage complies with manuals and guidelines to provide customers with necessary information.
