Contract external transportation units based on demand specified by the Logistics and Traffic Manager to ensure adherence to the shipping schedule. * 2\. Generate purchase orders to formalize freight service requests, strictly adhering to rates defined in the pre-authorized freight tariff table, to promote transparency and efficiency in payment processing. * 3\. Ensure and allocate travel allowances, as well as reconcile expenses incurred by drivers during out-of-town trips. * 4\. Generate QR codes based on the shipping and unloading plan, delivering these QR codes to internal drivers; for external units, QR codes must be issued by security personnel for access authorization. * 5\. Through the *control tower*, monitor the status of QR codes generated the previous day to ensure compliance with loading/unloading timeframes per unit, meeting customer service level agreements. * 6\. Enter information into the scale system (TABESA), including driver’s name, QR code number, unit license plates and platform, customer name (for Sales Orders) or supplier name (for Purchase Orders), and record the weight displayed on the scale. * 7\.
