Job Summary: Warehouse clerk responsible for inventory control, goods registration, warehouse organization, and security, ensuring proper management of supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Quality verification and control during receipt and delivery of supplies. **Job Responsibilities – Warehouse Clerk** **1\. Inventory Control** * Conduct physical inventory once per month, reconciling actual stock against system-recorded quantities in the SAI system. * Identify and report discrepancies, losses, or surpluses to immediate supervisor. * Maintain real-time inventory updates within the system. **2\. Recording of Receipts and Disbursements** * Record all received goods, supplies, or materials in the SAI system. * Record all outgoing goods or supplies in the SAI system, specifying responsible party and purpose. * Maintain a physical or digital file of supporting documents (delivery notes, invoices, delivery receipts). **3\. Receiving Goods and Supplies** * Verify that received items match the purchase order in terms of quantity, quality, and condition. * Immediately notify any discrepancies, damages, or shortages. **4\. Supply Distribution** * Fulfill supply requests from various departments, verifying appropriate authorization. * Deliver materials timely and accurately, recording each distribution in the system and obtaining recipient signature. **5\. Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness** * Keep products and supplies organized according to a location system (racks, shelves, designated areas). * Apply FIFO/FEFO methods for inventory rotation. * Ensure warehouse areas are clean and free of obstructions. **6\. Security and Control** * Safeguard goods by preventing unauthorized access. * Comply with industrial safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Report incidents, thefts, or damages immediately. **7\. Reporting and Communication** * Generate periodic reports on inventory levels, consumption, and movements. * Inform immediate supervisor about low-stock items or replenishment needs.
