Autoplastek is looking for your talent—don’t wait any longer and join our team! ***Requirements*** * Education: Technical degree, TSU, Engineering, or related field * Age: 23 to 40 years old * Minimum two years (verifiable) in a similar position * Profile with presence and decision-making ability * Experience working in a clinic or with an on-site medical team is desirable * Prior experience managing personnel * Flexible schedule availability ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Develop more robust and efficient processes * Plan and carry out risk analysis activities and inspections across Projects to identify and implement actions that reduce unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and administrative failures * Deliver HSE training courses * Disseminate the emergency response plan and train internal emergency response teams * Investigate incident and accident reports, and ensure implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence * Comply with legal and client requirements to avoid administrative and financial penalties to the company * Design and execute safety and health campaigns across operational areas to promote safety rules and prevent incidents and accidents * Request personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with established procedures * Process work permits * Conduct health assessments (blood pressure, drug testing, and general condition) of workers * Coordinate and conduct drills (fire, evacuation, first aid) to comply with Mexican official standards * Attend daily kickoff meetings to communicate and report on safety follow-up topics * Prepare monthly safety KPIs **Location: Parque Industrial Gate, Escobedo, N.L.** **Apply only if you meet all the above requirements!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
