Job Summary: We are seeking a Northern Regional Supervisor to oversee stores, personnel, and operational processes, ensuring brand image and adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of store operations and process compliance. 2. Personnel management and training. 3. Sales report analysis and identification of operational needs. SILCA Consultants, with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and in collaboration with iplus, invites you to join us as a Northern Regional Supervisor. Requirements: \- Advanced intermediate level of Excel. \- Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). \- Experience with payment systems. \- Point-of-sale terminal operation. \- Prior experience as a store supervisor. \- Personnel supervision. \- Conducting physical and virtual inventory counts. Responsibilities: \- Supervising store appearance and process compliance. \- Reviewing company assets and values. \- Inspecting and evaluating operational standards across stores. \- Managing and training personnel under supervision, reinforcing processes. \- Supervising and auditing shrinkage and procedures at each store. \- Preparing and analyzing sales, competition, and market reports, etc. \- Identifying and resolving operational needs at branches (cleaning, service, and commercial execution). \- Supporting branch operational activities. \- Collaborating with support departments (HR, Management, IT, Treasury, etc.).
