We are currently seeking to integrate a Construction Coordinator into our team to contribute to the proper execution of projects and the growth of the company. Job Description The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for the operational management of on-site construction projects, supervising proper execution of work, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with the construction schedule. They will work directly with the project management team to guarantee technical and operational control of projects. Main Responsibilities * Daily supervision and coordination of site activities. * Control of physical progress of construction. * Coordination of contractors and on-site personnel. **Monitoring of the execution schedule.** * Quality review of completed work. * Preparation of site reports (generadores de obra). * Preparation and monitoring of estimates. * Material supply control. * Preparation of physical and financial progress reports. * Identification and resolution of site incidents. Candidate Profile Academic Background: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. Experience: 3–6 years in construction supervision or coordination. Technical Knowledge: Blueprint interpretation, construction control, site reports and estimates, contractor control, and basic construction scheduling. Tools: Excel, AutoCAD (basic or intermediate level). Projects located in the southern zone of Monterrey. Contract type: Project-based contract with possibility of continuity. Bonus for achievement of construction objectives.
