We have pioneered innovation for over 50 years. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability for morning shifts. **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic AutoCAD * Work instructions * Time and motion studies * Work cells * Standardized work * Labor-intensive manufacturing processes **Job Description:** Provide support for manufacturing process audits, develop labor metrics, rates, and cycle times; perform tasks related to layout creation and updating, spare parts inventory management in the mold shop. Use AutoCAD to update the entire plant layout; conduct dimensional surveys of required production lines.
