We are looking for an **HR Business Partner** who wants to go beyond traditional Human Resources management and become a true strategic business partner—with direct impact on employee experience and operational results. **Role Purpose:** To serve as the strategic link between Human Resources and logistics operations, ensuring effective execution of Talent and Culture initiatives while advising and developing leaders to strengthen their teams and improve key business metrics. **What We Offer (EVP):** * Role with high visibility and direct impact on operations * Active participation in decision-making with business leaders * Dynamic environment that drives continuous improvement and HR innovation * Opportunity to develop a career as an HRBP with a strategic focus * Culture focused on results, collaboration, and closeness to people **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as a strategic partner to operational leaders, influencing talent-related decisions * Translate business needs into concrete Human Resources initiatives * Analyze key metrics (turnover, absenteeism, climate, performance) to generate actionable strategies * Lead and implement action plans focused on retention, engagement, and productivity * Ensure proper execution of on-site Talent and Culture processes * Support leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and team development * Drive strategies for attracting and selecting operational talent * Oversee correct administration of incidents, personnel files, and payroll processes * Manage separation processes in compliance with guidelines and best practices * Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with business values and objectives * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards * Participate in internal and external audits **Profile We Are Seeking:** * Experience in Human Resources within operations (logistics, manufacturing, or retail) * Strong interaction with operational staff and middle management * Strategies for retaining operational staff * Ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with leaders * Analytical mindset and results orientation * High execution capability with strategic vision * Willingness to work onsite (operations) **This role is ideal for you if:** You seek to evolve into a strategic HRBP role, are interested in directly impacting the business, and enjoy working closely with people—understanding operations from within. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: Av.
