Job Summary: This position seeks a professional to ensure compliance with production plans, guaranteeing quality and freshness through process optimization and efficient input management. Key Highlights: 1. Process supervision to ensure continuous flow. 2. Quality control to meet product specifications. 3. Collaboration in the creation and updating of procedure manuals. **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with production plans, guaranteeing that each cake and dessert meets our standards for quality, freshness, and delivery timelines, through process optimization and efficient input management. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Process Supervision:** Monitor production lines (baking, assembly, decoration) to ensure continuous flow. * **Quality Control:** Verify that products meet La Divinata’s recipe specifications, weight, aesthetics, and taste. * **Inventory Management:** Control shrinkage, raw material stock levels, and raw material rotation (FIFO). * **Standardization:** Collaborate in the creation and updating of procedure manuals. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to reduce delivery times without compromising artisanal quality. * **Reporting:** Generate daily production indicators (KPIs), efficiency metrics, and waste reports. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year. * **Knowledge:** Intermediate Excel proficiency. * **Skills:** High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. * **Attitude:** Passion for pastry-making and willingness to work on the production floor (operational area). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment and ongoing training. * Discounts on brand products. **Location:** * Santa Catarina, NL Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
