You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues and assist our team in installing applications and programs. \* Identity and Security Management: Centralized user account management and enforcement of strict access controls across the company. \* Workstation Management: Secured plant equipment by hardening Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Registry Editor (Regedit) settings, restricting user privileges, and blocking USB and Bluetooth ports to prevent data leakage or malware infiltration. \* Endpoint Protection: Deployed Kaspersky EDR across the entire infrastructure, enhancing detection and response capabilities against advanced threats in industrial environments. \* IT/OT Convergence: Integrated ERP/MES systems with production machinery to enable real-time data capture. \* Network and CCTV Infrastructure: Designed and installed WiFi network architecture and video surveillance systems, configuring VLAN segmentation, 50 PoE cameras, and access points (APs), thereby ensuring system security and bandwidth availability. \- First- and second-level troubleshooting and issue resolution using known solutions and standard procedures. \- Comprehensive incident tracking, keeping users informed until resolution. \- Documentation of solutions in a knowledge base for future reference. \- Remote support to diagnose and resolve issues on users' devices. \- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication with users to ensure satisfaction. \* Systems Maintenance and Administration: \- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Installing, configuring, and updating hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals. \- Managing user accounts and assigning access permissions. \- Maintaining hardware and software inventory. \- Participating in backup execution and data recovery. \- Monitoring system performance and availability to identify and prevent issues. \- Ongoing inventory management and updates. \* Documentation and Continuous Improvement: \- Creating and updating user manuals and troubleshooting guides. \- Identifying areas for improvement in technical support processes and proposing solutions.
