Job Description An electronics manufacturing company seeks a Production Coordinator specialized in PCBA/SMT processes, responsible for leading and optimizing electronic card assembly operations, ensuring achievement of quality, cost, and delivery objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with technical expertise in surface-mount technology and automated manufacturing. Responsibilities Supervise SMT lines (Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, ICT, and functional testing). Ensure adherence to daily and weekly production plans. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (OEE, FPY, Scrap, Efficiency). Lead new product introduction (NPI) into mass production. Optimize operational costs and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple shifts. Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean / Six Sigma). Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Experience: 5 years in electronics manufacturing. Solid experience in SMT/assembly processes. Experience in the automotive sector. Management experience of teams exceeding 100 people.
