Position Summary: SMTELCOM is seeking a Crew Supervisor to manage the construction process of installations, coordinate field personnel, and ensure quality and compliance with standards. Coordinates and directs field personnel At SMTELCOM, we provide comprehensive structured cabling solutions for voice, data, and video, designed and installed by certified personnel. Due to growth, we are seeking a Crew Supervisor. Position Objective To generally manage the construction process of installations, as well as quality and adherence to standards; and to coordinate and direct field personnel during project execution, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and fulfillment of customer requirements. Requirements: Experience in CCTV, network, and infrastructure installations.
