Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service and garment appraisal, with responsibilities including prospecting and portfolio development. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized customer service 2. Appraisal of garments and items 3. Prospecting for new customers We are from the pawnshop "Fundación Dondé". Compensation and Additional Benefits: * Monthly salary of $10,634 * Statutory benefits. * Additional monthly bonuses. * Additional food vouchers per month: $638 * Savings fund of 9% per year of seniority. * Continuous and paid training. * Life insurance. Requirements: * Experience in customer service * Completed or incomplete high school education * Availability to travel to CDMX for 1 month for training (mandatory) * Training is fully paid (air transportation, accommodation, and meals). * No credit bureau debt exceeding $30,000. Job Responsibilities: * Providing personalized customer service. * Appraising garments and items. * Prospecting for new customers. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM or until operations close. * Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM or until operations close.
