Job Summary: We are seeking a laser machine operator with experience in adjustment, setup, and maintenance, capable of interpreting technical drawings and working with precision. Key Highlights: 1. Fiber laser machine operation and adjustment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines 3. Interpretation of technical drawings and CAD models MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Adjust and configure the laser machine according to job specifications, including selection of parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, and type of assist gas. Handle metal sheets, tubes, or profiles to load them into the machine and remove cut parts, ensuring process safety and efficiency. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the machine, such as cleaning, lubrication, and component replacement, to ensure optimal performance. Optimize material usage for cutting (nesting) REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of fiber laser cutting machines and their operating principles. (BASIC) Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD models. (BASIC) Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers. (BASIC) Knowledge of various materials and their properties. (BASIC) Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. (BASIC) Capacity to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other team members. (BASIC) Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy. (BASIC) Knowledge of computer numerical control (CNC) systems. (BASIC) Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and make quick decisions.
