We are looking for a **General Accountant** with preferred experience in the **construction sector**, focused on **financial planning, budgetary control, and project analysis**, to join our team. **Location:** Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon. **Main Responsibilities:** * Budget Planning and Control: Preparation and consolidation of the annual budget by company and group * Corporate Financial Reporting: Preparation of financial reports by company and consolidated reports * Financial Project Control * Preparation of profit-and-loss statements per project * Integration of information for monthly board meetings * Profitability and financial performance analysis * Identification of variances and root causes * Proposals for financial improvement * Support for monthly cash flow **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Experience as a General Accountant * Desired experience in **construction companies or project-based firms** * Proficiency in financial analysis and budgetary control * Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
