The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising civil works activities, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines, work quality, and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate contractors and on-site work teams. * Verify that executed works comply with scope, drawings, specifications, and approved deliverables. * Supervise civil works activities: foundations, structures, masonry, installations, finishes, and construction processes in general. * Track progress, generate reports, and communicate deviations or adjustment needs. * Ensure proper implementation of site safety policies and procedures. * Promote a safe, orderly, and efficient working environment. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Menfis, or other construction-related software. * Ability to coordinate and lead work teams. * Analytical skills, ability to interpret drawings, and capacity to resolve on-site problems. **We Offer** * Competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for professional development in high-level projects. * Indefinite-term employment contract. **Work Location** * On-site employment.
