Technical management and supervision of tall building projects. **Facilities Coordinator – Luxury High-Rise / Hospitality Construction** A construction company is seeking a **Facilities Coordinator** with proven experience in large-scale luxury high-rise and/or hospitality construction projects. We seek a candidate with strong technical and operational capabilities to coordinate the execution of installations in projects exceeding 18 levels, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and project specifications. Requirements * Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Facilities Coordinator in: * Luxury residential high-rise construction * Hospitality construction * Mixed-use towers or tall building developments * Mandatory experience in projects exceeding 18 levels. * Knowledge and coordination of installations including: * Electrical systems * Plumbing and sanitary systems * HVAC / air conditioning * Fire protection systems (FPS) * Voice and data systems * Gas systems * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and execution plans. * Experience coordinating specialized contractors and suppliers. * Familiarity with construction, safety, and quality regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite. * Revit/BIM proficiency is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate on-site execution of electromechanical installations. * Supervise progress and adherence to the construction schedule. * Review execution plans and identify interferences among disciplines. * Coordinate contractors and installation personnel on site. * Verify execution quality and compliance with technical specifications. * Monitor testing, commissioning, and system startup activities. * Prepare progress reports and incident tracking reports. * Participate in construction meetings with project management and clients. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety and hygiene standards. * Manage technical solutions throughout project development.
