Position Summary: Warehouse Coordinator for a CEDIS in Cancún, responsible for the comprehensive management of traffic and warehouse operations, ensuring service levels, safety, and resource optimization. At **VDE**, we are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a CEDIS located in Cancún. **Objective:** Ensure comprehensive CEDIS operations through efficient management of traffic activities (transportation and deliveries) and warehouse activities (receiving, storage, and order picking), guaranteeing service level compliance, operational safety, resource optimization, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Transportation and Delivery Management * Coordinate and assign tasks to operational staff, including drivers and assistants. * Coordinate with the Fleet Management team on vehicle maintenance and ensure necessary resources are available to guarantee service. * Coordinate with the Control Tower team and drivers to ensure deliveries are executed according to schedule. * Coordinate with the Courier Services team to secure required courier routes, coverage areas, and operating hours to ensure customer service. * Maintain accurate shipment records and related documentation for billing and reporting purposes. 2\.\- Warehouse Management * Coordinate receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping activities. * Utilize ERP/WMS systems to ensure transaction accuracy and operational traceability. * Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. * Monitor and control inventory levels and accuracy. 3\.\- Analysis, KPIs, and Continuous Improvement * Generate and analyze operational KPIs: on-time deliveries, productivity, incidents, turnover. * Identify areas for improvement in logistics operations. * Audit processes and propose corrective and preventive actions. **Required Experience:** * Experience in transportation route planning and optimization using tools and software such as Simpliroute or GPS tracking systems. * Experience in warehouse management and inventory control. * Personnel management experience. * Experience coordinating and assigning delivery units (company-owned, third-party carriers, and couriers). * Experience supervising and coordinating operational teams, including drivers and assistants. * Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of regulations and legal requirements for freight transportation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM \- 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM \- 1 PM. **Location:** Supermanzana 301, Manzana 07, Lote 07\-local 1C, 77567 Q.R. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $25,000 to $32,000, depending on experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Savings fund. * Savings box. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance policy. * Banorte payroll deposit.
