A company in the construction sector is seeking a **Project Resident** with experience in vertical construction projects, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality, timelines, and established specifications. We seek an organized individual with field leadership skills and the ability to coordinate among various specialties and contractors within the project. **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Resident in construction * Experience in vertical construction, luxury, and hospitality projects * Knowledge of: * Construction processes * Interpretation of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings * Control and monitoring of construction schedules * Coordination of contractors and operational personnel * Generators and estimates * Physical progress reports * Quality and safety control on site * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to work on-site **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate on-site work execution * Monitor construction schedule adherence and milestone deadlines * Coordinate contractors and various project specialties * Verify that work is carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications * Track physical progress and report incidents * Review quality of completed work * Request materials and monitor deliveries * Validate progress for estimates and generators * Identify deviations and propose on-site solutions * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site **We Offer** * Competitive weekly salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
