Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for industrial electromechanical maintenance with solid knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and automation, as well as leadership capability for technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in industrial preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance 2. Supervision and coordination of assigned technical teams 3. Effective communication with production and quality departments ✅ Education and Knowledge * Technical or engineering degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity, Electronics, or related field. * Solid knowledge in: * Industrial electricity (low and medium voltage) * Industrial mechanics * Pneumatics and hydraulics * Motors, pumps, compressors, and transmissions * Reading of **electrical and mechanical drawings** * Basic automation (PLC, sensors, frequency inverters) ✅ Experience * **3 to 5 years** (approx.) in industrial electromechanical maintenance. * Experience in: * **Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** * Fault diagnosis and resolution * Equipment startup and shutdown * Work in plants, factories, or industrial processes. ✅ Leadership and Management * Ability to **supervise and coordinate technicians** * Assign tasks and track work progress * Train personnel * Good communication with production, quality, and safety departments * Decision-making under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
