Opportunity for continuous learning An industrial maintenance and installation company in the electrical sector is seeking: **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. With a 1-hour lunch break. Requirements: * Experience: At least 1 year preferred, in HR-related activities. * Education: Recent graduates or those holding a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Willingness to commute to company facilities. * Attitude oriented toward learning. We Offer: * Salary ranging from MXN 12,000 to MXN 14,000 net, depending on experience. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Statutory benefits: Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), vacation time, IMSS, FONACOT, vacation premium. * Short-term career advancement. Responsibilities: * Lead the search, interviews, and hiring of new personnel to fill vacancies. * Supervise payroll, benefits, compensation, and ensure compliance with current labor laws. * Ability to manage performance and resolve labor disputes. * Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information.
