If you have prior experience in a similar environment and possess the aforementioned skills, this position may be ideal for you. **AVIGRUPO** values teamwork and seeks professional technicians willing to contribute to the department’s collective success. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment across farms. * Diagnose and repair failures in fans, drinkers, automatic feeders, generators, and climate control systems. * Ensure proper operation of ventilation, lighting, and temperature control systems in fattening barns. * Monitor equipment condition, record maintenance activities, and propose improvements to optimize performance. * Comply with AVIGRUPO’s established biosecurity and occupational safety protocols. * Coordinate with farm staff to minimize operational disruptions and ensure continuity of the production process. * **100% OPERATIONAL POSITION** **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience in industrial or agricultural equipment maintenance, preferably in the poultry sector. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Skill in writing clear and structured work instructions and operating manuals. * Basic proficiency with recording and control tools (logbooks, forms, Excel, or other systems). * Availability to work rotating shifts and travel between farms. * Commitment to quality, safety, and animal welfare.
