Consultative sales of funeral assistance plans **Funeral Assistance Services Company seeks your talent due to growth:** **Profile:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Center (customer service or sales). Preferred experience in: Healthcare sector, insurance, assistance services, or funeral services. **Responsibilities:** **Customer Service:** Receiving death reports with a high degree of empathy and activating coordination protocols with providers and operators. **Logistics Supervision:** Tracking and documenting, in the system, the status of ongoing services (transfers, procedures, viewing rooms) until completion. **Consultative Sales:** Converting informational inquiries into closed sales of funeral assistance plans. **Work Location:** Col. Condesa (Chilpancingo Metro Station). **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday (Fixed day off). Afternoon shift (3 PM \- 11 PM) **We Offer:** $10,000 net monthly \+ Commissions \+ PL \+ Permanent contract Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
