Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor to identify female entrepreneurs, promote loans, track required documentation, ensure timely repayment, and meet performance targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identification and support of female entrepreneurs with business potential. 2. Promotion and strategic placement of loans. 3. Comprehensive portfolio management and achievement of objectives. IMPORTANT: BANK REQUIREMENTS **SALES ADVISOR:** Requirements: * Education: High school diploma (not mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of field sales experience. * Employment stability. * Experience in microfinance. * Basic Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: * Identify female entrepreneurs with business potential. * Promote and disburse loans. * Conduct timely follow-up on the collection of required documentation for loan approval. * Provide excellent customer service to clients. * Attend weekly group meetings to ensure timely repayment. * Verify client-provided information and documentation. * Validate and assess the feasibility of loan disbursement. * Collect payments from delinquent groups. * Meet performance targets and objectives. * Submit daily reports to immediate supervisors. * Develop strategies for high-quality portfolio growth.
