Location: Region: Local and out-of-town store areas We Offer: Monthly salary: $9,000.00 (nine thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.), plus travel allowances Schedule: Full-time Your main responsibilities: Sales Management: Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets. Operational Audit: Supervise inventory control, cash reconciliations, store cleanliness, and maintenance. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate Store Managers; manage work schedules and resolve workplace conflicts. Marketing: Ensure each store complies with brand image and display standards.
