Job Summary: VENTO seeks a Branch Manager to supervise operations, meet sales targets, manage personnel, and ensure branch profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree Age: 25–45 years Gender: No preference Experience: 2 years in sales 2 years managing personnel Sales performance indicator management Basic Office software proficiency Main Responsibilities: • Achieve the monthly sales targets for the assigned branch • Open the assigned branch punctually every day • Supervise product displays • Support and provide feedback to sales staff on the sales floor • Propose sales strategies • Ensure pricing accuracy • Inventory management • Submit daily KPI reports • Monitor inventory turnover of general merchandise • Train newly hired staff under supervision • Manage petty cash, ensuring proper expense documentation • Collaborate with the collections department to monitor payments Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break Sunday off WE OFFER: Base salary Statutory benefits IMSS INFONAVIT 5% monthly savings fund Salary: $14,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
