If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.**Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are looking to hire an **Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.** Responsible for managing a production line, ensuring proper utilization of human resources, materials, machinery, and time to correctly execute production plans.**A Day in the Life:*** Monitor daily production plan execution. * Supervise and develop direct reports. * Responsible for end-to-end process management. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly schedule adherence. * Work order closure. * Optimize use of company-provided resources (mechanical assembly tools and machinery, materials, and personnel) to meet production plans safely, with quality, and in compliance with 5S. **Experience We’re Looking to Add to Our Team:*** Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience as a Production Supervisor in the electronic manufacturing sector. * Experience in manufacturing processes. * Solid knowledge of SMT, Backend, PTH, and Box Build processes. * Experience in mechanical assembly. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. * Solid understanding of mechanical assembly machines and tools. * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management experience is mandatory. * 5S. * ERP system knowledge (Baan and FlexFlow) is a plus. * Willingness to work any shift. **What You’ll Receive for Your Outstanding Work:*** Competitive salary. * Life and GMM insurance. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund.
