Job stability and career growth within an expanding company **Grupo Pretorian is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER in Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ We seek a professional with strong customer orientation, executive management skills, and knowledge of the private security sector to serve as the key liaison between the company and its strategic clients (corporations, residential communities, commercial chains, etc.). The role entails ensuring client satisfaction, account retention, and growth by maintaining close relationships, resolving incidents, and proposing customized solutions. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Relations, Communications, Public Security, or related field. Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in customer service or account management within private security, logistics, facilities, or outsourced services companies. Experience managing corporate, residential, or institutional accounts. Desirable experience interacting with neighborhood committees, security managers, procurement managers, or human resources managers. General knowledge of private security operations (security personnel, protocols, patrols, reporting, incident handling). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong executive writing and report drafting skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly customer- and service-oriented. Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve problems. Organizational skills, follow-up capability, and sense of urgency. Proactivity and results-driven mindset.
