Review payroll-related concepts across the Group (salaries, tax, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). Support administration of the company’s savings fund and employee loans at the group level. Respond to external and internal audits related to the area within the corporate office and coordinate with internal audit on diligence matters concerning culture and human capital management at airports. Develop and manage payroll processes for GAP personnel. Review and validate payroll tax calculations. Manage IMSS registrations, cancellations, and modifications for corporate employees and foundation staff. Manage payment of employer-employee social security contributions for group companies. Manage payment of internship support allowances. Manage payment for expatriates. Develop and analyze area indicators (turnover, gender, among others). Execute and monitor payroll fiscal stamping process. Execute annual payroll closing calculation process. Support and monitor payroll budgetary management. Perform quarterly payroll reconciliations.
