Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support food preparation and plating while maintaining hygiene and organization in the work area, with opportunities for professional growth. Opportunity for professional development. **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 45 years old. * Gender: No preference. * Education: Minimum completed junior high school. * Experience: 6 months in a kitchen or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of hygiene, food handling, and kitchen utensils. * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. * Mixed\-evening schedule. * Must reside in southern Guadalajara, specifically near the La Tijera area. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation (washing, cutting, pre-preparation). * Plating of simple dishes or side dishes. * Cleaning and disinfection of utensils, equipment, surfaces, and work area. * Dishwashing. * Restocking and inventory control of supplies in refrigerators and workstations. * Support during service plating (especially during peak demand periods). * Follow instructions from the head chef or cook. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (e.g., Distintivo H). * Additional tasks. **Skills:** * Agility and sense of urgency * Cleanliness and organization * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Initiative and positive attitude **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ tips. * Statutory benefits after one year: year-end bonus, vacation days, vacation premium, and rest days. * Social security.
