Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate production staff (pellet mill operator, feeder operator, mixer operator, and production assistants). Ensure adherence to the production schedule during the shift. Verify proper operation of equipment and manufacturing processes. Guarantee compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. Follow up on production, maintenance, and personnel incidents. Prepare reports and ensure efficient use of raw materials. Promote order, discipline, and teamwork within the plant.
