With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing human resources, operational, and administrative processes. kellyservices.com.mx ***Position:*** Facilities Operator * **Salary:** $18,000 \- $20,000 gross monthly. * **Schedule:** Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 am \- 5:00 pm. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco **General Purpose of the Facilities Operator:** Execute the production plan regarding supplies requested in production areas, complying with current safety and environmental regulations. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Monitoring, startup, and shutdown of power plant processes (air conditioning, compressed air, chilled water, steam, electrical system, extraction, and fire suppression systems). * Responds to failure reports on power plant equipment, water treatment systems, production equipment, and administrative equipment. * Routine monitoring of equipment operation across various power plant processes. * Completes supply consumption forms for equipment (well water, rainwater, industrial water, and electrical energy). **General Knowledge:** * Understanding of power plant processes and operations. * Air conditioning (Fan & Coil, air handling units, or Mini Split). * Compressed air (centrifugal compressors or screw compressors). * Air dryers / chilled water. * Centrifugal chillers. * Chilled water pumps. * Cooling towers. * Steam (water-tube boilers, fire-tube boilers). * Electrical system (high-, medium-, and low-voltage substations). * Fire suppression system (weekly tests, performance tests, inspection routines). * Extraction. * Periodic activities. * Audits. * Support in maintenance of various power plant equipment. ***Requirements:*** * Education: Technical diploma, high school, or bachelor’s degree. * Knowledge of general power plant processes. ***We Offer:*** * Statutory benefits. * Subsidized cafeteria.
