Opportunities for growth within the company Job Description: Boedo Parrilla Argentina is looking for a dynamic, operational, and service-focused Bartender to join our team. This role is central to the experience we deliver: we seek well-executed drinks, warm service, and a bar that forms a fundamental part of the restaurant’s atmosphere. Responsibilities: 1\. Beverage Preparation * Prepare classic cocktails and house beverages with technique, precision, and consistency. * Maintain quality and presentation standards for every drink. * Basic knowledge and handling of wines, spirits, and craft beer. 2\. Customer Service * Greet diners with a professional and friendly attitude. * Take orders, recommend beverages, and ensure a complete hospitality experience. * Maintain an efficient pace without compromising quality or attention to detail. 3\. Bar Cleaning and Organization * Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Assist with inventory, restocking, and supply control. * Follow operational protocols and internal standards. 4\. Teamwork * Coordinate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth operations. * Participate in trainings and internal processes. * Support floor operations when required by business needs. Requirements * Prior experience as a Bartender or in a restaurant setting. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of classic mixology. * Clear communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency. * Excellent personal appearance, responsibility, and punctuality. * Availability to work weekends and restaurant hours. * Own transportation for commuting after shift ends. Schedule * Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM until closing (approx. 10:30 PM). * Sunday, 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM. * One weekday day off. * Important: We currently do not provide transportation at the end of shifts.
