Position Summary: Supports the handling and follow-up of Human Resources processes, including recruitment, personnel administration, and employee assistance, to ensure organized operations. Collaboration in the organization and operation of Human Resources. **Job Opening: Human Resources Support** **Position Objective:** Provide assistance and follow-up for Human Resources processes, supporting recruitment, administrative personnel control, and employee assistance to ensure organized and timely operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Follow-up on recruitment and selection processes * Contact with external agencies to fill vacancies * Candidate evaluation and follow-up * Support in onboarding and orientation of new staff * Management of employee terminations and exit interviews * Processing and tracking of final settlement documents (finiquitos) * Maintenance of personnel files * Control and inventory of stationery and administrative supplies **Requirements:** * High school diploma (in progress, incomplete, or completed) * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar roles (preferred) * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (preferred) **Skills:** * Effective communication * Customer service orientation * Teamwork * Results-oriented mindset **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 MXN * Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM * Company-provided transportation Salary: $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
