Optimizes inventory and ensures smooth production flow A prominent electronic components manufacturing company is seeking: **PROGRAMMING ENGINEER (Program Coordinator Supervisor)** **WE OFFER: $50,000** gross monthly salary. **Statutory and above-statutory benefits, 30-day bonus (aguinaldo), 10% vouchers, 13% savings fund, SGMMayores, and life insurance.** Work location: Avant Industrial Park, Santa Cruz de las Flores, very close to **Las Cuatas.** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ADVANCED ENGLISH. EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS MANUFACTURING. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Experience supervising planning teams. Forecast management, demand analysis, and strategic plan preparation. SUPPLIER NEGOTIATION. MRP system proficiency. **Responsibilities:** Calculate material requirements, issue purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor inventory levels. Planning and forecasting, analyze sales forecasts and the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Inventory management, maintain optimal raw material levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Procurement management, issue purchase orders to suppliers and track deliveries. Communicate and coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and sales teams to resolve bottlenecks. Supplier evaluation, monitor supplier performance regarding quality and delivery timeliness. Data analysis and reporting, prepare performance reports. Ensure uninterrupted production due to component shortages at the lowest possible logistics cost.
