V. **Department**: Administration / Human Capital / Organizational Development **Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco **Work Mode**: On-site **Base Monthly Gross Salary**: MXN: 17,000 to 20,000 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ° Design, coordinate, and execute recruitment and selection processes based on position-specific profiles. ° Supervise onboarding, initial training, and probationary period evaluations. ° Establish and maintain job function manuals, tracking logs, and performance evaluation forms. ° Promote a culture of responsibility, commitment, and compliance across teams. ° Monitor incidents, disciplinary actions, or disciplinary procedures in coordination with management. ° Design, implement, and ensure compliance with internal policies aligned with the company’s strategy and Mexican labor legislation. ° Support administrative matters related to contracts, severance settlements, employee hiring and termination, vacation entitlements and benefits, payroll processing, registration, and fulfillment of tax and labor obligations. ° Promote occupational wellness initiatives, team integration, and organizational climate. ° Ensure compliance with NOM-035 and other applicable labor regulations. ° Organize, control, and update personnel files, employment contracts, administrative documentation, and internal company records, ensuring proper safeguarding, availability, and documentary compliance per internal policies and legal requirements. **REQUIREMENTS** ° Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. ° Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar role.
