Coordination of multidisciplinary teams Position Objective Lead, coordinate, and supervise the execution of CH Geografía’s strategic projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards through project management methodologies and effective team leadership within GS. Main Responsibilities Define and establish the appropriate project management methodology for each initiative. \*Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in alignment with defined objectives. \*Coordinate internal and external work teams, assigning resources and responsibilities. \*Oversee adherence to schedules, budgets, and deliverables. \*Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. \*Generate status reports on projects. \*Ensure continuous improvement in project management processes. Candidate Profile **Desirable specialization in Project Management \* Experience:** 4 years in project management \* Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
