Own your direction, own your development, and own your path. \#OwnIt **What Will You Do?** Ensure the **efficient, accurate, and timely receipt of raw materials**, coordinating the receiving team, managing physical and documentary inventories, and guaranteeing compliance with operational, quality, safety, and environmental procedures at the plant. **Who Are We Looking For?** We seek an **organized, responsible individual with operational leadership skills**, capable of coordinating teams, ensuring correct material receipt, and maintaining effective communication with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Procurement departments. Someone focused on order, control, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate activities related to **raw material receiving**. * Verify that materials meet required **quality specifications and documentation**. * Coordinate receiving staff, assigning tasks and work shifts. * Ensure accurate entry recording in the system (ERP). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper material identification in the receiving area. * Track deviations, rejections, and quality reports. * Comply with and enforce **safety, health, and environmental guidelines**. * Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Planning departments. **You Will Also Need:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Completed high school or technical degree. * Engineering or bachelor’s degree (preferred). **Additional Training:** * Inventory management and warehouse control. * First-in, first-out (FIFO) principles. * ERP/system usage for recordkeeping. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety. **Experience:** * 2–4 years of experience in **material receiving, warehousing, or logistics**, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Experience supervising operational personnel (preferred). **Position Conditions** * 100% on-site work at the plant (Cuernavaca). * Industrial environment adhering to safety and quality standards. **What You’ll Receive** As part of Nutreco, you’ll become a member of the SHV family — a global group focused on long-term stability and development opportunities. **In addition, you’ll receive:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Job stability and internal growth opportunities. * Ongoing training and operational development. **How and Why to Learn More** We can offer you a career with real impact, where each day you’ll directly contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities and to **Feeding the Future**.
