




Job Summary: Administer, control, and monitor the warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy, maintain order and cleanliness, and provide timely service to internal and external customers. JOB MISSION Administer, control, and monitor the warehouse to ensure it remains in optimal condition by managing personnel, systems, and tools under its responsibility, thereby ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining order and cleanliness, and guaranteeing timely service to various work crews, internal and external customers. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Coordinate the receipt, counting, registration, and placement of materials and equipment following established procedures for these activities to ensure proper ERP system updates as well as warehouse order and cleanliness. Coordinate and supervise the shipment of materials to other systems, adhering to procedures and utilizing authorized transportation and courier companies, to ensure selection of the most efficient and cost-effective method so that materials and equipment arrive at their destination on time and in good condition. Coordinate and supervise the retrieval of equipment from various CIS locations according to the schedule established by the Customer Service Directorate, to ensure these locations possess only the equipment required for their operations. Address work crew requests and returns of materials and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures, to ensure work crews have the necessary materials and equipment, and that these are accurately reflected in the system. Monitor and oversee response times for work crews (during material and equipment delivery and return) by tracking adherence to procedures, to ensure accurate recording of movements in the systems, prevent delays for work crews during these processes, and confirm physical inventory matches system records. Deliver, register, and verify material, equipment, tool, etc. entries and exits from the warehouse using warehouse management systems (ERPs), following applicable procedures and instructions for each case, to meet user needs promptly while maintaining inventory accuracy and documenting every movement. Maintain materials and equipment stored in the warehouse clearly identified, properly arranged, and systematically organized according to a logical, orderly, and systematic layout to facilitate safeguarding, identification, delivery, and inventory taking. Record all material and equipment entries, exits, and transfers in administrative systems (ERP) to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is available at the time of inventory taking. Conduct monthly and/or annual inventories of materials and equipment according to the schedule provided by Corporate Warehouse Management and authorized procedures to maintain appropriate control over material stock levels and reliability thereof. Report findings from physical inventory counts to the appropriate authority in a timely manner, following established protocols, to proceed with necessary reconciliations and adjustments. Assist technical supervisors by providing required information and records to support resolution of material discrepancies. Generate weekly material settlements for work crews through reconciliation and physical verification to reflect the actual crew inventory as reported by the system, producing required deduction forms when necessary. Coordinate and supervise, based on current procedures, material deliveries for work orders, settlement of work orders, and preparation of related reports, ensuring work crews are closed by the Technical Department within no more than 30 days. Supervise and ensure the laboratory area or testing area—depending on the case—is operated per company-authorized policies and procedures, enabling equipment repair, inspection, and cleaning to sustain equipment supply for operations. Effectively manage assigned resources (human, technological, and material) for the department using established control and administration systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
