Shipment coordination and customer communication Customer Attention City: GUANAJUATO Publication Date: Mar 13, 2026 Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Description: Customer Solutions Assistant Position Objective Timely and proper handling of assigned Service Reports through daily review of each Service Report to address customer requirements using management tools, thereby providing satisfactory responses to customer requests. Job Functions or Activities Report on services entering Shipment Control by conducting daily scans of shipments, supported by visit label and control information, via the CRM-SOLUCIONA shipment management system, to evaluate and manage customer service and support. Provide operational feedback regarding process deviations. Execute timely customer calls for shipments entered into Shipment Control through the daily shipment coordination and customer calling process, to evaluate and manage customer service and support. Provide operational feedback regarding process deviations. Generate shipment records where required, by tracking shipment incidents according to operational cycle procedures, to promptly notify and coordinate shipments. Requirements * Minimum Education: High School / Technical Degree. * Work Experience: More than 6 months. * Basic Office software knowledge. * Performance indicator tracking.
