Fuel performance analysis for expense control Corporate and Administrative City: GUANAJUATO Publication Date: May 6, 2026 Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Description: Purpose: Verify and notify route square-offs for TR1 and TR2 (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure proper item departure from units and the platform at the COP, thereby maintaining full traceability and preventing item theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. Responsibilities: 1\. Execute route square-offs for TR2 and TR1, verifying that all routes entering/leaving the COP report identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies, to prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information on items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 route square-offs; identify each affected waybill, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of the item, to ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Record all items remaining on the platform, including locating and managing all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route on the platform, to physically identify items on the platform and confirm that every item has a documented “pending” status on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes by conducting daily audits of fuel loading (high and low performance), to provide data to the supervisor for preventing misuse and theft of fuel. 5\. Report TR1 and TR2 route square-off results and fuel performance audit findings to the Supervisor, documenting and submitting the daily report upon completion of square-offs and fuel performance audits, so the Supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/route involved in incidents to prevent recurrence.
