Ensure compliance with SMETA, SQF, and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** a) Plan daily and weekly production based on demand and resource availability. b) Supervise proper execution of production processes across each production line. c) Verify compliance with equipment cleaning and sanitation schedules. d) Control and authorize process parameter adjustments when necessary. e) Manage operational incidents and provide effective real-time solutions. f) Participate in internal and external audits related to operations. g) Prepare production reports and deviation analyses. h) Ensure ongoing technical and safety training for operational staff. i) Promote innovation and adoption of best practices in manufacturing processes. j) Maintain regular communication with Plant Management regarding progress, challenges, and improvements.
