Job Summary: We are seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of machinery, based on diagnostics and fault resolution, as well as spare parts control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper operation of machinery and equipment. 2. Organize and control spare parts for machinery components. 3. Participate in preventive and improvement actions for machinery. At Kromberg \& Schubert Irapuato Plant, we are looking for your talent — individuals who make a difference — and we invite you to join us as: MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree (TCU) in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field Availability to work rotating shifts MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure the proper operation of machinery, based on diagnostics and fault resolution methods for equipment. * Organize and control spare parts according to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic components of the machinery. * Comply with established maintenance plans defined by the maintenance management system. * Complete required maintenance records, as well as the correct completion of checklists for assigned machinery. * Report spare parts stock levels to the maintenance supervisor for replenishment. * Report machinery and equipment failures to the maintenance supervisor. * Participate in implementing corrective actions, as well as analyzing machinery failures to implement preventive and improvement actions. * Provide support and guidance to operators regarding proper equipment handling.
