Continuous training and development in occupational health Industrial Nurse \- Occupational Health and Prevention **Location:** Pan-American Highway km 280, La Providencia Estate, C.P. 38020, Celaya, Gto. **Position Type:** Full-time Schedule: ROTATING 4X3 SHIFT OF 12 HOURS, DAY AND NIGHT 6\-6 **About the Position:** We seek healthcare professionals focused on the industrial sector to join our team as an Industrial Nurse. Your primary objective will be to promote, monitor, and maintain employees’ physical well-being within the workplace by implementing preventive medicine programs, emergency care, and operational incident control. **What You’ll Do in This Role (Key Responsibilities):** * **Care and Consultation:** Provide direct, general, and warm first-contact care and consultation to plant employees, as well as timely management of medical emergencies. * **Admission and Monitoring Examinations:** Conduct entry and periodic medical examinations including somatometry, blood sample collection, breathalyzer tests, and laboratory tests (anti-doping). * **Preventive Medicine and Ergonomics:** Monitor proper implementation of occupational nursing procedures, promoting ergonomics and prevention of occupational risks and injuries. * **Administrative Management:** Prepare detailed reports on medical incidents, manage clinical records using basic Office software, and ensure strict compliance with legal frameworks governing patient data privacy. * **Hygienic Safety:** Control and properly follow up on the handling of Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste (BIHW). **What We’re Looking For (Essential Requirements):** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Nursing (Professional license and title preferred, or verifiably in process). * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in industrial nursing, occupational health, or medical emergencies. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in blood sampling techniques (venipuncture), somatometry, first aid, and basic Office software. **Your Key Skills:** * Sense of urgency, analytical ability, and professional ethics. * Empathy, commitment, and assertive communication for effective teamwork. **What We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary of 13,000 , plus a monthly bonus of 720 * Statutory benefits from day one. * Continuous training and development in occupational health. * Job stability in a safe environment.
